The "Haunted" Mansion

Finally, darkness has fallen and after numerous times going past the property, you often wondered why the abandoned house was just that, left untouched for more years than anyone could count.   A long winding path meandered through an overgrown cemetery, littered  with headstones and epitaphs, with inscriptions dating as far back as the 1700's, depicting it's lengthy family history.

Eight feet above, atop heavy pillars, an eerie looking stone gargoyle  looms over you, as you squeeze your way thru the broken wrought iron gates ... once inside, you do your best to force them closed, to ensure nobody notices someone has entered past the rusty "keep out" sign .....
